Mectron opens office in Thailand

Mectron S.p.A. has set up a regional headquarter in Phuket, Thailand to service Asian and Australian customers and to serve as a supply, service, and educational hub for the territory. The Italian based company has offices across Europe, in Korea and India.

New name for Kuraray

As of July 1, 2008, business carried out by Kuraray Specialities Asia Pte Ltd (KSA) will be transferred to Poval Asia Pte Ltd. Following the business transfer, Poval Asia will be renamed Kuraray Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (KAP). The office location will remain 331 North Bridge Road, #18-02 Odeon Towers, Singapore. New education center for A-dec

The A-dec Education Center is a 25,000 sq ft state-of-the-art showroom and training facility located on the campus of A-dec corporate headquarters in Newberg, Oregon, U.S.A. The center includes 16 domestic and 2 international treatment rooms, all featuring a wide range of patient chairs, stools, delivery systems, dental furniture, lights, monitor options, handpieces, and sterilization solutions.

Cefla Dental Group acquires Castellini

With a view to reinforcing its position within the dental unit sector, the Cefla Dental Group has acquired 100% of the shares of Castellini SpA. Cefla intends to maintain and implement the distinctive features of Castellini products and the current distribution set-up will be retained.  Cefla Dental Group is part of CEFLA s.c., a global corporate entity headquartered in Italy that has been a manufacturer of dental equipment for more than 60 years.
